We have performed numerous projects at farm / ranch properties. The one shown here was particularly challenging. We performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment with Asbestos, Lead, and Miscellaneous Toxic Materials (universal wastes) Surveys, and had to deal with groundwater contamination from a nearby refinery, and the usage of portions of the land which were rented to tenants storing a variety of old machinery / equipment and various hazardous or toxic materials. We performed the inspections quickly and prepared our report promptly to facilitate timely closing of the sale of the property. Our client was please with our quality, value, and ability to provide the full range of services they needed.
