You need our assistance to select good abatement (remediation) contractors, and to design, manage, monitor, and document abatement projects. We instruct contractors to perform the work properly and on schedule, and document how the work was done to protect you from claims that it was not done properly. Without good documentation, all you may have in your files is a copy of the contract with the contractor and their invoice(s).
