Since 1998, we have performed asbestos, lead, mold, and other toxic materials (PCBs, mercury, etc.) surveys, written abatement specifications, conducted job walks, and provided oversight, monitoring, and documentation of asbestos, lead, mold, and other toxic materials abatement projects at 26 school campuses which were being modernized and at 5 new school sites on former dairy / farm land where the existing structures were demolished. We coordinated the work with the architects, general contractor, school district, abatement contractors and DSA inspectors to keep the projects on time and within budget. Our services also included rapid response to deal with water damage and mold issues.
