Macy’s Plaza, Sheraton Hotel, & Verizon Center High-Rise Complex

We have provided asbestos abatement project oversight, monitoring, and documentation services on numerous projects at the high rise complex in the block bounded by Flower, Hope, 7th, and 8th in Los Angeles, CA. We have been successful in preventing problems for the owners and managers by providing the services of senior experienced personnel to plan, manage, and perform the needed services. Besides completing our work on time, we have kept abatement projects on schedule, and have prepared and implemented the management plans needed to reduce liability. We have also provided Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, asbestos survey, asbestos management (O&M) program, and mold survey services. We began providing services to the several different owners and managers of this complex in March of 1998.
