Queen of Angels Hospital

We preformed an asbestos survey, limited lead paint survey, and lead in drinking water survey of the entire hospital complex, consisting of nine buildings. As with most hospitals, the complex contains several buildings constructed at different dates, as well as areas within each building which were remodeled at different dates. We coordinated our work with the operations of the hospital and performed the inspections with a team of two experienced consultants to maximize quality and efficiency (we performed all of the inspection work on site in just seven days). We then prepared cost estimates for abatement work needed at each building to remedy hazardous conditions and to facilitate renovation work.
