This was a large schools with many buildings constructed at different dates. We performed asbestos, lead, and miscellaneous toxic materials (universal wastes) surveys and prepared abatement specifications for redevelopment of the ocean-view site for multi-family housing, saving the developer time and money while reducing their liability.
